4. Luong Xuan Truong (Vietnam – Incheon United/Gangwon FC)
Luong Xuan Truong is set to continue his career in Korea Republic’s top-flight after joining newly-promoted Gangwon FC on loan from Vietnamese side Hoang Ang Gia Lai (HAGL).
The centre midfielder, who is praised for his vision, passing and free-kick ability, joins Gangwon on a one-year deal.
Truong is the first player from Vietnam to feature in the K League Classic. He spent the 2016 season at Incheon United where he appeared in four matches.
The 21-year-old has been capped 13 times for Vietnam national team.
