3. Diogo Rangel (Timor-Leste – Daejeon Citizen/Gangwon FC)
Former East Timorese defender Diogo Rangel joined K League Challenge side Daejeon Citizen in 2014 and then move to Gangwon in the same season.
He played 12 matches for Daejeon and 11 matches for Gangwon.
Rangel had been naturalized and has served the country’s national team for six years. He was capped 17 times for Timor-Leste.
However, in 2017, the Asian Football Confederation declared him ineligible to play for the country, which subsequently has void the passport had given him before.
