4. Nguyen Cong Phuong (Vietnam/Hoang Anh Gia Lai)
Nguyen is one of the most promising football talents in Vietnam, as he was won Vietnam’s Young Player of the Year accolade in 2015.
The 22-year-old spent last season on loan at J.League 2 outfit Mito HollyHock and made 6 appearances. Nguyen Cong Phuong returned to play for Hoàng Anh Gia Lai in V.League 1 this season.
Thai League could provide a platform for Cong Phuong to grow, and a move could happen in the near future since Hoàng Anh Gia Lai’s owner Doan Nguyen Duc has close business ties in Thailand.
