Chinese Super League outfit Tianjin Quanjian are still in the transfer market looking to sign a big name from one of Europe’s top leagues and are hopeful to take advantage of Ever Banega’s situation at Inter, according to reports.
Banega joined Inter Milan on a free transfer at the start of the season but has struggled to secure a starting berth in the team’s line-up following manager Roberto Gagliardini’s arrival last month.
The Argentine midfielder reportedly turned down a move to China during the January transfer window, but Tianjin Quanjian are hoping to secure his service before the transfer window for Chinese Super League closes at the end of February.
According to Italian newspapers, Tianjin Quanjian, who is coached by former World Cup winner Fabio Cannavaro, are prepared to make a €25 million bid for the former Seville footballer, with a salary worth €6 million per year.
