Myanmar star Aung Thu is ready to face challenges in Thai League 1, following his move to BEC Tero Sasana.
In an exclusive interview with Four Four Two Thailand, Aung Thu expressed his excitement about playing for the foreign outfit for the first time.
“I always want to play in the Thai League. It is a new challenge for me,” the former Yadanarbon FC striker said.
“I usually watch Thailand football. And I respect the standard of football here.
“To tell the truth, I never thought of playing football in Thailand. It is like a dream. I would like to experience the standard of training and professionalism in Thailand, which is different from Myanmar football.
“Football in Myanmar and Thailand are different. I think it will take times to adapt. At first, I hope Thailand and Myanmar supporters will have the patience and confidence in me.”
