Suk Hyun-jun has joined Troyes in France’s Ligue 1 on a loan from FC Porto.
As reported by the Korean news site Chosun Ilbo, Troyes announced on Wednesday that they have agreed on a season-long loan deal with Porto for Suk, which also includes a purchase clause for a permanent move.
The 26-year-old striker made his pro debut with Dutch giants AFC Ajax in 2009. He had played in numerous leagues before landing at Porto from fellow Portuguese club Vitoria Setubal in January 2016,
However, Suk was loaned to Turkish outfit Trabzonspor seven months later. Failing to impress at Trabzonspor, he then moved to Hungarian club Debrecen this February also on loan, before returing to Porto this summer.
Suk has four goals in 11 matches for South Korea. He last appeared for the Taeguk Warriors in October 2016.
