Muangthong United announced the signing of attacking midfielder Saharat Kanyaroj from the recently-folded PTT Rayong.
The 25-year-old impressed during his recent top-flight campaign with the Firepower but is yet to be capped by the Thailand National Team. He hopes that a move to one of the country’s top clubs can further his career, and bring more creativity to the squad ahead of the 2020 season.
Saharat will wear the number 25 at Muangthong United, which he chose as it is the date of his daughter’s birthday.
Muangthong United sporting director Ronnarit Suewaja also confirmed that the club are looking at a set of new foreign signings. He noted that Jeju United striker Magno Cruz is on the shortlist as reported, but denies having finalized a deal for the Brazilian.
