Center-back Parinya Utapao helped Chainat earn a massive win over fellow relegation struggler Sukhothai FC. This was the Hornbill's first victory in six Thai League games and their first clean sheet in ten.

We knew Derley was up for this game right from the kick-off when he outmuscled the towering Andres Tunez away before having a crack at goal. He reacted quickly to score Muangthong's second, and his hold up play and assist for Heberty to score the third was a neat piece of individual excellence.
