Iranian website Varzesh3 report after departure of Croatian striker Marko Bodimir who had an unsuccessful stint in Tehran, Persepolis are currently trying to sign new foreign forward.
Mali striker Madibo Maiga has been in Tehran last week but failed to pass Persepolis medical test.
Then Persepolis began the negotiation with Brandao and it seems two sides have reached to initial agreement.
Persepolis manager Gabriel Calderon wants tall center forward who could dominate in aerial duels and it seems Brandao can meet the style of play demanded by Calderon.
Brandao had joined Bulgarian club Ludogorets Razgrad in summer 2018 but returned to Brazil in January 2019 and has played for Goias on loan.
