Ifwat Akmal has played an important role for Kedah this season by securing 6 clean sheets and was at it again when Kedah drew against Pahang. Despite his age, Ifwat has shown just how important he can be for his club.

Name: Kritsada Kaman

Age: 20

Nationality: Thailand

Club: Chonburi FC

To the surprise of many supporters, Kritsada was pushed up from defense to midfield as Chonburi FC faced off rivals Muangthong United. The 20-year-old played in midfield during his academy days, so reverting to his old role was natural to him. Kritsada ability to win second balls was evident, and he even got himself on the scoresheet with a thunderous long-range shot to put the Sharks ahead before finishing the game 2-0 winners.

The Brazilian played an important role in defending Kedah's net during the game against Pahang. Along with Ifwat Akmal, Renan was a key force in stopping the Pahang's attacking movements and prevented them from creating clear chances. He also made two crucial interventions during the match.

Buriram United outclassed their opponents in an early-season title clash at the PAT Stadium. Their defensive organization was crucial as the side had the privilege of defending an early lead. Chitipat managed to mark Port's forwards completely out of the game, as the home side barely got a whiff of goal.

The central midfielder ran his heart out to win Chiangrai United a valuable point away at PT Prachuap - a club whose success is built on home form. Phitiwat is strong in his tackle and showed great bravery to venture forward, proving why he was included in the preliminary squad ahead of the 2019 Kings Cup.

His goal in stoppage time secured all three points for Selangor, after beating Kuala Lumpur 2-1 in their Super League match. This win will give Selangor a morale boost before a game against JDT

Club: Than Quang Ninh

Created 2 assists in the match to help Than Quang Ninh win 4-2 over Hai Phong. These assists bring the total number of assist from him this season to 10.

Club: Buriram United

Pedro Junior won the penalty in the second minute to put Thunder Castle in front of Port FC as the two sides battled for a place at the top of the table. Port equalized after half time but the pacey forward managed to restore Buriram United's lead with a magnificent solo effort - cutting inside from the left before firing in a rocket into the far post. He was also handed the MOTM award as Buriram overtake Port as league leaders, turning the tide in the title race.
