Terengganu FC (TFC) central defender, Wan Amirzafran Wan Nadris admitted he looking forward to meeting Pahang in the FA Cup quarter-finals at Darul Makmur Stadium in Kuantan tonight.

After returning from a lengthy, seven months absence due to injury, he told BH Sport, “if given a chance to play tomorrow night I will play better and I want to return [my] confidence level as I did last season during the Malaysia Cup before being injured.”

Meanwhile, PKNS FC faces a tough task after losing 1-3 to Kedah last week in the first leg of the FA Cup quarter-final. The side’s coach, Mahfizul Rusydin Abdul Rashid, wants the Red Ants to emulate the fighting spirit shown by Liverpool players as they came back from three goals down to beat Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night. For him, the PKNS shouldn’t give up, because in football anything can happen.
