Injury to Negeri’s first choice goalkeeper meant that Kaharuddin Zaman was finally given an opportunity over the weekend and he performed admirably to help Negeri secure a 1-1 draw against Kelantan. Kaharuddin produced a series of important saves throughout the match and would have kept an impressive clean sheet, if not for Kelantan’s injury time equalizer through Nik Akif.
