In last season’s Liga 1 he scored 37 goals from 34 appearances, breaking Peri Sandria’s 22-year-old season record of 34 goals in the process. He shined the most in August, scoring three goals against Madura United, five goals against Mitra Kukar, and one goal each against Semen Padang and Persipura.
