Uzbekistan Football Federation (UFF) has announced a list about several names who will be considered as potential new head coach of national team.
On its press release, the UFF also revealed that there are ongoing negotiations with a number of foreign coaches.
Among candidates for the post are two former English Premier League managers, Slaven Bilic and Walter Mazzarri, who left West Ham United and Watford respectively.
Croatian tatcitian, Branko Ivankovic who led Iran to 2006 World Cup and ex Saudi Arabia head coach Bert van Marwijk are also in the list.
The White Wolves are currently led by Ruziqul Berdyev after parting ways with Samvel Babayan following a failure in the 2018 World Cup qualifying campaign.
Uzbekistan failed to reach final round of World Cup in Rusia next year after placing fourth in Group B of Asia’s third round qualifying stage.
