Ratchaburi have targeted KV Oostende attacking midfielder Franck Berrier, as reported by Belgium site Sportsactu.
Berrier, who might not be known outside of Belgium, had reached a pre-agreement with the Thai League 1 side Ratchaburi.
The Frenchman’s major success was in the 2012/2013 season when he performed brilliantly by scoring career-high 14 goals and almost taking the small Zulte Waregem to the top-flight Belgian First Division A title.
In 2013, he moved to newly promoted Oostende, which appeared to be his career’s step-down.
