Manchester United star Juan Mata has turned down a big money move to the Chinese Super League, according to reports.
Representatives from the CSL are understood to have made the offer after visiting Manchester last month for the annual Soccerex convention.
However, the Spain international has rejected an incredible £375,000 per week after tax to move to China and is determined to see his future at Manchester United.
Mata’s contract at Manchester United runs out at the end of this season and the English Premier League side have the option of extending it until 2019.
Since joining from Chelsea in 2014, the 29-year-old is featured in 200 matches for Manchester United in Premier League, managing 46 goals whilst creating 43 more.
