Alex Teixeira could make a move to Inter Milan on loan from Jiangsu Suning in January, according to Tuttosport.
Teixeira left Shakhtar to join Chinese Super League side Jiangsu Suning in February 2016 for a fee of around £46 million.
The 27-year-old has struggled to nail a regular starting role for Suning this season since the Chinese club can only field three foreign players in a game, based on the Chinese Super League’s rules.
Because in-form Benjamin Moukandjo and Ramirez have secured their slots, Teixeira has to fight with Roger Martinez and Trent Sainsbury for that final berth.
