Home United have to face an uphill battle against Albirex Niigata in the clash which could decide the 2017 S.League title race.
Third-placed Home United are one of two teams still with a realistic chance of overtaking the defending champions, with four games in hand to reduce a 16-point gap.
Playing less than four games compared to table toppers Albirex Niigata, the Protectors can cut the gap to a single point if they win their four games in hand.
Second-placed Tampines Rovers trail Albirex by nine points but they have only a game in hand.
“We need to be ready for the next four games and try to get the miracle,” Home skipper Hassan Sunny said on the club’s official Facebook page.
“This is football and sometimes you need to create that miracle for yourself.
“We want to end the month on a high. By that, I mean in a good position to fight for the title and the Singapore Cup and I believe we are ready.”
