Montenegrin striker Ilija Spasojevic has returned to Indonesian football after joining Liga 1 side Bhayangkara FC for the second round of the season.
The 29-year-old previously in the last season played for Melaka United, where he scored 30 goals in 35 matches in Malaysia and successfully led his team promoted to Malaysian Super League.
Spasojevic, who has applied to gain Indonesian citizenship, also won Malaysia Golden Boot 2016 and he was named twice as PFA Malaysia Player of the Month.
The former Montenegro U-21 international started his Asian career in Indonesian, where he played for Bali Devata, PSM Makassar, Mitra Kukar, Putra Samarinda, Persib Bandung before leaving for Malaysia in 2016.
