Tianjin Quanjian prepare €80 million offer for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

According to reports from Germany, Tianjin Quanjian are reportedly considering a €80 million offer for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang before their transfer window closes.

After the big-money transfer of Anthony Modeste, Tianjin Quanjian hope to acquire Aubameyang, competing for the Gabon international’s signing from PSG, Liverpool, and Chelsea.

As reported by Berliner Zeitung, the Chinese Super League club are ready to put €80 million on the table to work on an offer for BVB Dortmund striker, when there are a few hours left before the transfer window closes.

Moreover, Tianjin is willing to offer an annual salary of €30 million for him.

Dortmund’s managing director Michael Zorc has not yet determined where his top scorer will be in the next season. “The transfer window in China is still on, and I believe it will be very hectic,” said Zorc.

There is also a potential problem for Tianjin Quanjian as well. Under the new spending regulations filed by Chinese Football Association (CFA), the proposed €80 million transfer would actually cost Tianjin double that in taxes, making the deal most unappealing.
