3. Carlos Roberto (1989-1991 and 2003-2004)

The Brasilian is no stranger to Thailand football scene, having managed the national team twice and worked closely with Thai clubs such as Bangkok Glass, Muangthong United and Police United.

Roberto led the War Elephants to victories in the 1990 Four Nations in Indochina Cup and King’s Cup.

He also led Thailand U-23 to the semi-final at 1990 Asian Games and finished at the 4th place.

At the regional level, after settling for the silver medal in the 1991 SEA Games, Roberto won the gold medal in his second stint in 2004.
