7 high-profile footballers who could move to Southeast Asia

1. Nigel Reo-Coker

Reo-Coker spent almost a decade at the English top flights following stints with West Ham (2004-2007), Aston Villa (2007-2011) and Bolton Wanderers (2011-2012).

The centre-midfielder later chose to ply his trade in America with Vancouver Whitecaps (2013-2014), Chivas USA (2014) and Montreal Impact (2015-2016). However, he failed to impress his latest club and his contract was terminated by mutual consent on 21 January 2016.

On 12 April 2017, Reo-Coker joined La Liga club Granada CF on trial with a view to contract until the end of the 2016/17 season.
