Indonesian club Mitra Kukar have landed former Yangon United prolific striker Cezar Augusto ahead of the Liga 1 this season.
The 31-year-old Brazilian hotshot was released by Bosnian outfit FK Sarajevo at the end of last season after seven months with the club.
Cezar had a massive goalscoring record during his three-year stint at Yangon, became the first player to score 100 goals in the Myanmar National League from 2012 to 2015.
“Yes, we decided to sign Cezar. He has arrived in Jakarta and will depart to Tenggarong on Tuesday,” Endri Erawan, the CEO of Mitra Kukar told Kutai Kartanegara.
The other clubs he has played for during his career include Brazilian sides Atletico Mineiro, Red Bull Brasil, Fluminense and Monte Azul.
