The former AC Milan striker had four clear-cut chances to score on the course of the match. On each occasion, the 27-year-old hitman either failed to find the target or fired straight at the Guangzhou R&F goalkeeper.
With their star striker squandered his chances throughout the match, Tianjin Quanjian was handed a 2-0 by Guangzhou R&F.
