English Premier League giants Manchester United have announced a partnership with the Malaysia-based e-commerce company, Aladdin Group.
A statement on the club’s website says that Aladdin Group will work with Man Utd to generate brand awareness and engagement projects with the club’s 659 million global followers, via the club’s digital platforms as well as one-to-one fan events and campaigns worldwide.
According to Aladdin Group’s co-founder and president Desmond To, Aladdin’s goals and ambitions are closely aligned with those of Manchester United.
Aladdin is set to launch a global website this year. The Malaysian-based company will be expanding to 30 countries, catering to about four billion consumers.
