Malaysian tycoon Vincent Tan to sell Cardiff City

Malaysian billionaire Vincent Tan is selling English club Cardiff City and other football stakes at Bosnia and Belgium, sources confirmed.

Including the purchase price of the team, Tan has spent more than £180 million on Cardiff and now he is said to be looking to sell Cardiff City for about £50 million.

FK Sarajevo and KV Kortrijk did not respond to emails seeking comment about the selling.

“I am in no rush to sell CCFC, but if I am offered the right price by the right person who I believe will take the club to a higher level, I will certainly consider selling,”  Tan said on Wales Online.
