AC Milan striker Carlos Bacca has pulled the plug on a move to Chinese Super League this season.
The 30-year-old Colombian international was previously linked with numerous CSL teams like Tianjin Quanjian, Guangzhou Evergrande and Shanghai Shenhua.
However, according to La Repubblica, Bacca decided to stay in the Italian Serie A outfit in order to to represent his country at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
The former Sevilla star believes that a move to the East Asia is a step back for his international career as it happened to his compatriot Jackson Martinez after moving to Guangzhou Evergrande.
