Singapore international forward Sahil Suhaimi has signed a contract to play for Tampines Rovers, according to an announcement made by the club.
Sahil Suhaimi was left without a club at the end of the 2016 season after cutting ties with Geylang International. He joined the club in 2016 and scored 5 goals in 22 league appearances for them.
Previously, both Home United and Hougang United were reportedly linked with the 24-year-old player, but none of them were able to finalize a deal for him.
The former LionsXII attacker is expected to make his competitive debut for his new club on February 11, when Tampines Rovers take on Malaysian side Felda United in an AFC Cup match.
