Qatari football club Al-Sailiya has signed Romanian midfielder Valentin Lazar on loan from Dinamo Bucuresti for a fee of €200,000.
The deal will see the 27-year-old footballer play for The Peregrines until the end of the season, with an option to buy for another €500,000, according to an announcement posted on the club’s official Twitter account.
Valentin Lazar played for a number of Romanian clubs before joining traditional powerhouse Dinamo Bucuresti in 2013. He has played 89 league games for The Red and White, scoring 16 goals in the process.
However, the club loaned him to Concordia Chiajna last season, where he made 14 league appearances and scored two goals.
