Isak is now one of Chelsea\u2019s top targets as they look for a center-forward able to take them to the next level. The Blues recently begun discussions with Newcastle, but discovered they may have to break the British transfer record yet again in order to sign the Sweden international.<\/p>\n
Isak is currently valued at over \u00a3115m by Newcastle, which means the deal may have to be sweetened by Chelsea, by offering a player in part-exchange. According to The Sun, the latest is that Nicholas Jackson has also entered the conversation as the Blues only signed Jackson last summer from Villarreal in a deal designed to see him ending up as their long-term striker.
