Inter Miami co-owner David Beckham is reportedly in line for an ambassadorial role at his former club Manchester United should\u00a0Sheikh Jassim Bin Hamad Al Thani successfully complete the club’s takeover.<\/p>\n
Former England captain Beckham would be offered the ambassadorial post should Jassim succeed in securing control of United, according to talkSPORT<\/em>.<\/p>\n Speaking on Sunday at the Qatar Formula One Grand Prix, Beckham demanded stability at United and suggested he\u00a0‘knows the right people’ to purchase his former club.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are one of the, if not the biggest club in the world. We want stability,\u201d he told Sky Sports<\/em>.<\/p>\n \u201cI think that’s the most important thing.<\/p>\n \u201cWe all have our favorites of who we feel needs to run the club and look after the club to take it back to where it belongs.<\/p>\n \u201cIn our eyes, in the fans\u2019 eyes, we are number one.
