Ange Postecoglou has assured\u00a0Spurs\u00a0fans that the club invariably have a plan in place to mitigate Harry Kane\u2019s imminent transfer to Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich.<\/p>\n
The Spurs boss outlined his stance on the star striker\u2019s sale when speaking on Friday, ahead of Kane undergoing a medical and signing a four-year contract in Bavaria.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe’ve been planning for this, it’s fair to say, for a while,\u201d he told reporters.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt doesn’t take too much investigative work to realize this was going to happen. A lot of our business so far has been with this in mind. It doesn’t change my plans dramatically.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere’s still movement in the squad and it’s a big squad with players we need to move out. There are three or so weeks to go in the window.<\/p>\n
\u201cI had a conversation with Harry [Kane] on day one and we were both up front. I got an indication there that if both clubs agreed he would go.<\/p>\n
\u201cMy preference was that it would be sorted before the first game. These things don’t happen in isolation and everyone is clued up. I haven’t received any news from anyone about Harry’s decision changing.\u201d<\/p>\n
