A West Ham board confidant has revealed that Arsenal have been given a 72-hour warning that co-owner David Sullivan is prepared to \u2018walk away\u2019 from the Declan Rice deal.<\/p>\n
The Declan Rice\u00a0transfer saga between the Gunners and the Hammers\u00a0has had another twist added to it with the dampener to the deal now down to the period over which the Arsenal are to\u00a0pay the British transfer record \u00a3105m to West Ham.<\/p>\n

West Ham are also likewise not going to bow down either.<\/p>\n
