Eddie Howe has slung a return right back at Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp\u2019s sarcastic, high-handed comments over Newcastle\u2019s spending power and insisted the Merseyside manager money is no guarantee for success.<\/p>\n
Klopp recently included the Magpies in a list of clubs he suggested have \u2019no ceiling\u2019 due to the immense wealth at their disposal in the aftermath of the previous year\u2019s 80 per cent Saudi PIF-backed take-over.<\/p>\n
Newcastle\u2019s heavy investments to the tune of around \u00a3210million in the two transfer windows since Amanda Staveley\u2019s consortium took control at St James\u2019 Park has gotten tongues wagging but head coach Howe has insisted money alone is not the only raison d\u2019etre<\/em> the club is currently sitting comfortably in fourth place in the Premier League table.<\/p>\n He said: \u201cMoney doesn\u2019t guarantee success.
