Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly heading into talks with Bruno Lage, who\u2019s apparently in town, about becoming the club\u2019s next head coach.<\/p>\n
Chinese owners Fosun seem to be pretty quick on the uptake in looking for a replacement following the emotional departure of Nuno Espirito Santo at the end of the season at Molineux.<\/p>\n
The decision was supposedly one of mutual consensus and renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that Wolves have already contacted Lage as the main candidate to succeed Nuno.\u00a0The journalist claims talks actually opened last week and are ongoing, and that the \u2018last details\u2019 are now being discussed.<\/p>\n
Romano\u2019s information has always been fairly reliable, so it seems there\u2019s a pretty good chance at this point that Lage could well be the next first-team manager at Molineux.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile the Sun alleges that Lage flew to England yesterday and is the process of finalising the move.<\/p>\n
Lage has been out of work since leaving Benfica last year, but did a decent job there and should get the backing of the supporters at Wolves.<\/p>\n
