Should things not go well then it\u2019s inevitable that rumors will start escalating again, which would be when it\u2019s also inevitable that Xavi Hernandez will be linked with the role.<\/p>\n
Thursday\u2019s edition of Sport reports Xavi is now on the brink of renewing his deal as manager of Al-Sadd. He\u2019s been with the Qatari club for six years, having begun first as a player and then moving into his role as manager and gaining experience in his new managerial role.<\/p>\n
It’s open knowledge that both parties are happy with one another, and according to Sport there will continue to be a clause in the new deal – one that\u00a0 allows Xavi to move to Barcelona whenever he wants.<\/p>\n
The Catalan newspaper say everyone knows that, sooner or later, Xavi will be in charge at Barcelona, and the clause\u00a0means he\u2019d move back to Spain \u2018without any financial compensation\u2019\u00a0even if it means breaking his contract at Al-Sadd.<\/p>\n
