English FA chief executive, Mark Bullingham believes fans may safely be able to watch matches as early as September.<\/p>\n
According to Guardian, UK health authorities said it is safer now for people to go outside watching matches at the stadium.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen we look ahead to September, we are hoping we are in a very different situation than we are now as a country, and we hope at some point we can start having crowds back,” Bullingham said.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re looking at loads of options; we\u2019re even getting people to map out what traffic flows [of spectators] look like in stadia, explore what it could look like with one-metre, two-metre social distancing and so on.\u201d<\/p>\n
The FA also plan to introduce \u201cdigital passports\u201d via an app showing that people are not infected with COVID-19, but that depends on the government\u2019s testing operation.<\/p>\n
The FA\u2019s losses \u00a3100m to \u00a3300m due to coronavirus, which is why the plan to allow fans to watch at stadium is vital to the clubs survival, especially in the lower divisions as they rely on ticket sales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
