The Guwahati Premier Football League (GPFL), one of Assam\u2019s oldest and most competitive state-level football competitions, is stepping into a new era of transformation\u2014on and off the field. The release of the revised fixtures for December 2025, featuring a more structured multi-venue format and enhanced organisational standards, signals a renewed vision for the future of football in the region.<\/p>\n

This season\u2019s league, organised by the Guwahati Sports Association (GSA), stretches from 5 December to 21 December 2025, with 30 league-stage matches followed by semi-finals and the grand final. The participation of clubs such as SAI Guwahati, Oil India FC, ASEB Sports Club, Assam Police, United Chirang Duar FC, Sunrise AC, Pride East Mavericks, North East United FC (reserves), and others showcases the league’s increasing competitiveness and depth of talent.<\/p>\n
