Velez started his career with Argentinian giants River Plate youth academy but left for rivals CA Hurac\u00e1n. However, he did not make the cut and had to leave for Spain to play for\u00a0Atl\u00e9tico Sanluque\u00f1o CF in 2013 at the lower league.<\/p>\n
