Thailand U-23 coach Zoran Jankovic will make a few changes for his side in the second\u00a0M-150 Cup match against North Korea tomorrow.<\/p>\n
“Since there isn’t enough time between matches to allow the players to recover, we kept the things light today. We mainly concentrated on the tactical aspects of the match against North Korea,” Jankovic said on Monday, as quoted by the Bangkok Post<\/a>.<\/p>\n “For the game with North Korea, we will make some changes to the team that beat Japan on Saturday.”<\/p>\n Following the victory against Japan on Saturday, in which Jankovic’s side earned an impressive 2-1 victory<\/a>, three Thai players were suffering from a bad health condition. While\u00a0Noppol Pholkum was food poisoned,\u00a0Rattanai Songsangchan and Supachok Sarachart were injured during the game.<\/p>\n However, the Serbian coach has been optimistic about the chance of his team in the upcoming clash against North Korea.<\/p>\n “We want to test some new players and we need to rest Noppol. He looks fine now but we don’t want to rush him. We want him to wait and regain fitness because he is one of our key players,” he said.<\/p>\n “Supachok’s injury is also not very serious, but we don’t want to risk him as well.
