As reported by <\/a>THSPORT, the Thunder Castle have reached an agreement with a player who is playing for a V.League side.<\/p>\n If the signing is completed, the player, whose surname is revealed as Nguyen, would play for the Thai League 1 outfit in the next season.<\/p>\n Beginning in 2018 season, the ASEAN player quota<\/a> will be implemented in Thai Premier League and Thai Division 1 League from 2018 season.<\/p>\n Under the new regulation, Thai Premier League, and Thai Division 1 League clubs will be allowed to register three foreign players, one Asian player, and one ASEAN player.
