Football Federation of Cambodia (FFC) was hit with a penalty from the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) for failing to ensure the organization during\u00a0last month\u2019s AFC Cup qualifier between Cambodia and Vietnam at Phnom Penh\u2019s National Olympic Stadium.<\/p>\n
