Australia captain Mile Jedinak has been ruled out of the final 23-man squad for the upcoming World Cup qualifier against Syria.<\/p>\n
Jedinak, who has been struggling to get over a long-standing groin injury, was left out of the Aston Villa team against Burton Albion on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
Mark Milligan or Tim Cahill will captain the side in Jedinak\u2019s absence and Postecoglou admitted his presence would be missed.<\/p>\n
