Boca Juniors president Daniel Angelici has threatened to take Shanghai Shenhua to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) to demand payment of more than $3million (\u00a32.3m) related to the transfer of striker Carlos Tevez, as reported by Xinhua News<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“They still owe us over 3 million U.S. dollars that they didn’t pay us when the installment was due in June,” Angelici told the press.<\/p>\n

The president claimed that the Chinese Super League side only paid the first part of the transfer at the time of the move but “we never received anything more.”<\/p>\n

Angelici also revealed that he would go to China in October to make a direct claim to the club, but added that he had already warned his legal team to prepare a claim at the CAS.<\/p>\n

Tevez has been allowed by Shenhua to return to Argentina <\/a>to undergo treatment on injuries.<\/p>\n
