Borussia Dortmund are reportedly set to open contract talks with midfielder Shinji Kagawa in the coming weeks, according to sporting director Michael Zorc.<\/p>\n
The Japanese international has enjoyed a good spell of form in recent weeks for German Bundesliga giants after struggling for form and fitness in the early part of this season.<\/p>\n
Kagawa’s current deal expires at the end of next season and and Dortmund boss Thomas Tuchel is keen to tie the 28-year-old midfielder down to a long-term contract.<\/p>\n
“There will be talks with him and his agent,” Zorc told Kicker.<\/em> “We will see in what direction it goes.<\/p>\n “We’ve noticed that he played well.
