Five Vietnamese coaches are able to take charge of Asian leading clubs after finishing the AFC Professional Coaching Diploma, also known as the AFC Pro-Diploma.<\/p>\n
The AFC Pro Diploma is the highest level of coaching accreditation issued by the AFC. The Asian football governing body considers it the equivalent of the UEFA Pro Licence.<\/p>\n
In Vietnam, five coaches including former Vietnam national team coach Nguyen Huu Thang, alongside Phan Thanh Hung, Nguyen Duc Thang, Nguyen Minh Phuong anh\u00a0Le Huynh Duc graduated on Monday and received their diploma following a two-year course.<\/p>\n
It is important for coaches to be recognized for this AFC Pro Diploma. According to AFC’s regulations, from 2020, all coaches want to coach a national team in Asia have to complete this course.<\/p>\n
