In our last Southeast Asia XI of the week (March 31-April 2), Football Tribe Asia highlights the stars of Asia\u2019s domestic leagues who helped to make an unforgettable week for fans of the beautiful game.<\/p>\n

Goalkeeper: Nguyen Tuan Manh (Sanna Khanh Hoa – Vietnam)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nguyen Tuan Manh had an outstanding performance in the match against Jordan with 3 saves to gain a point for Vietnam. At the weekend, he also had a good game despite his team lost 0-1 to HCM City, his team conceded a goal without his fault.<\/p>\n

Left Defender:\u00a0William Nyakwe (Shan United – Myanmar)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shan United had another clean sheet and the Cameroonian defender was the man who contributes the most. His team recorded a 2-0 win over Rakhine United.<\/p>\n

Centre back: Dinh Tien Thanh (FLC Thanh Hoa – Vietnam)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Former Vietnam NT defender was solid at the back of FLC Thanh Hoa team. He blocked many chances from SLNA to help the team gain the second win of the season.<\/p>\n

Right Defender:\u00a0Simone Rota (Philippines National Team)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Solid at the back, Rota had a good game (especially after Villanueva got a red card) to help the Philippines recorded a 2-1 win over Tajikistan.<\/p>\n

Midfielder: Tran Minh Vuong (Hoang Anh Gia Lai – Vietnam)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Scored a goal to help HAGL a first win of the season, contributed a lot to the team play style.<\/p>\n

Midfielder:\u00a0Jitpanya Tisut\u00a0(PT Prachuap F.C. – Thailand)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Thai attacking midfielder scored a stunning goal in midweek against Bangkok UTD. In the weekend game, his right foot scored a superb free-kick to help his club got three points from Air Force Central F.C.<\/p>\n

Midfielder:\u00a0Nazmi Faiz (Johor Darul Ta’zim – Malaysia)<\/strong><\/p>\n

After being on the sidelines for far too long, Nazmi Faiz was back being an influential player for Malaysia over the last week. He was pivotal against Lebanon, sitting in the hole behind Zaquan, and was equally important in Malaysia’s 7-0 win over Bhutan on Sunday night. Easily one of Malaysia’s best players from the international break.<\/p>\n

Midfielder:\u00a0Iain Ramsay (Philippines National Team)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 30-year-old is one of the best Philippines players in the match against Tajikistan when he always created dangerous crosses. He provided the assist for Kevin Ingreso to score equalizing goal, thus helped the Philippines qualified for AFC Asian Cup finals.<\/p>\n

Forward:\u00a0Zaquan Adha (Malaysia National Team)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Zaquan Adha played a starring role for Malaysia in the last week upon his return to the national team. First, he captained Harimau Malaya to a commendable 1-2 defeat at the hands of Lebanon in Beirut, before scoring FOUR goals to help Malaysia thrash Bhutan at the Bukit Jalil Stadium on Sunday night.<\/p>\n

Forward: Marko Simic (Persija Jakarta – Indonesia)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Croatian target man finally delivered when it matters. His 2 goals against Arema FC brought Persija to their first victory of the season. Not only scored two goals, Simic showed some good link-ups with his teammate.<\/p>\n

Forward: Aung Thu (Police Tero F.C – Thailand)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The little magician from Myanmar scored 2 goals and made 2 assists to help Police Tero FC win their first home game in Thai League 1.<\/p>\n

Substitution:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Defender:\u00a0Ismed Sofyan (Persija Jakarta – Indonesia)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The evergreen 38 years old fullback led Persija to their first three points of the season. he delivered two Beckham-ish corner kicks that led to Simic and Jaimerson goal. Defensively unpenetrable.<\/p>\n

Midfielder:\u00a0Esteban Vizcarra (Sriwijaya FC – Indonesia)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Against Persib Bandung, Vizcarra showed that he’s one of the best playmakers in Indonesia. Scored one goal and created another for his teammate were the proof. Not only that, he rarely misplaced his passes. Overall, he put Persib Bandung on his feet.<\/p>\n

Midfielder:\u00a0Mamadou Al Hadji (Borneo FC – Indonesia)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Al Hadji continues his strong performance from GW 1. Against Mitra Kukar, he neutralized Fernando Ortega, one of the most dangerous strikers in Liga 1. Hardly put a foot wrong, the Malian currently is Liga 1 best player.<\/p>\n

Striker: Nguyen Anh Duc (Binh Duong FC and Vietnam National Team)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Anh Duc scored a goal for NT in the match against Jordan. At the weekend, he continued scoring a goal to help B.Binh Duong gain a draw against Hanoi FC.<\/p>\n

Striker:\u00a0Joel Vinicius (Than Quang Ninh – Vietnam)<\/strong><\/p>\n

He scored a brace to help Than Quang Ninh maintain the top spot in the league.<\/p>\n

Striker:\u00a0Diogo Luis Santo (Buriram United – Thailand)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Brazilian striker just scored over 100 goals for Buriram United in midweek after making hattrick against Ubon UMT. This week he scored one and made an assist to help his team win Chonburi FC.<\/p>\n
