Lee is in fact the first player who found the net 200 times in K League. Considering FC Seoul is considered one of favourites to win trophies, it is a unique record. This season is not an exception as they had a scoreless draw with Jeju United.

By the time Incheon United’s Stefan Mugosa scored in his debut was too late to turn the match around, and they were defeated 1:2. Their winless streak of the first round started in 2011 as well.

Daegu FC were massacred 0:3 by Pohang Steelers. They have never won in their first league matches since they got promoted, recording three draws and nine defeats so far.

written by Eugene Choi of Football Tribe Korea 2018 K League 1 has started.
